V Vicki Goodrid Wood September 19, 2009

I am the daughter of Dot & Gene Goodrid. I have such fond memories of Margie. As a child, when I went into Williams Drug Store, she always treated me so kind. She was patient and a woman of God. For me, she will always be one of those folks we envision cheering us on as we walk the path of our life here on earth.

L Lisa (Clark) Lewis September 18, 2009

Mr. and Mrs. Williams (I always called them Mr. and Mrs.) were my very first bosses at the Williams Drug Store on Main St. in Washington. I was 15 years old and although Mr Williams taught me so much about my job and work ethics and how to treat human beings, Mrs. Williams taught me what the word "lady" means and she was indeed a "true lady" and will be the prettiest angel in Heaven. I was and still do feel so honored to have been part of the Williams Drug Store family. Thank you Mrs. Williams and Mr. Williams too. I also would like to say Mike and I were dear friends and I miss him and know they all must be having a wonderful reunion. They all are missed. Sincerely, Lisa (Clark) Lewis. Washington, Indiana

I remember Aunt Margie from the days when I was a child and we would visit my Mom's relatives in Indiana. She was warm, kind and caring. I will always be very fond of those times. Dave Bondi (Goodrich, Newland)

How can we put to print about such a wonderful and caring person, and one that helped to mold our lives? John and Margie along with Chris and Mike were close, if not the greatest people that we have met in our lives. They were the people that never criticize, nor had a bad word to say about anyone. We want to be half the people that these people were and are. They are the people that we want to model our lives after. They cared for everyone and never cracked a frown. What an inspiration this family is, for showing us the basic reason we are on this Earth, and that is to gain heaven through their example and faith. They are certainly with God this day! We consider it an honor to have been family friends and will think of them often. Chris and Diane we are deeply sorrowed for your loss. We think of you all often. We are so sorry that we can not make the visitation, due to the mileage from South Carolina, but our prayers and thoughts will be with and for you all.
