Obituary

Albert F. Brown, Jr., 70, passed away in the early morning hours of April 26, 2023. He was born June 11, 1952, to Albert, Sr. and Edna L. (Kates) Brown.

Albert loved doing activities that took him outdoors - especially, fishing, bird watching, and mushroom hunting.

Those who now mourn Albert's passing include his siblings: Diana Rogers of Indianapolis; Richard (Darlene) Brown of Loogootee; Steve Brown of Washington; Mary Ann (Gordon) Horton of Bicknell; John (Kay) Brown of Washington; Letha (Roger) Blake of Alfordsville; Zola Brown; and sister-in-law, Mary Brown. Additionally, Albert leaves many nieces and nephews.

Albert was preceded in death by his parents, Edna and Albert Brown, Sr.; a brother who died in infancy; brother, Charlie Brown; and brother-in-law, Carl Rogers, Sr.

A graveside service for Albert F. Brown, Jr. will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, May 5, 2023, at the IOOF Cemetery in Edwardsport. Pastor Brian Thompson will officiate
