Obituary

Marilyn "Sue" McBride, age 65, of Washington, passed away at 12:55 PM on Monday at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes. She was born on August 18, 1945 in Petersburg to William J. and Mabel (Holtsclaw) Jenne. She had been a CNA at Washington Nursing Center. She was a member of the Washington First Baptist Church She is survived by one daughter, Cheryl Walker of Evansville; three sons Darrell Waltz of Jasper, Robert Waltz of Washington and William Waltz of Borden; two step-daughters, Jenny Emmons of Florida and Jan McBride od Washington; four step sons, David McBride, of Florida, Lane McBride of Scottsburg , Ron McBride of New Town, and Buddy McBride of Washington; four sisters, Martha Fuson of Washington, Vicky Austin of Huntingburg, Annabelle Grubb of Princeton, and Lois Bland of Washington,; three brothers, Claude Jenne and Wayne Jenne both of Washington, Rick Jenne of Vincennes, and Gene Risley of Bedford; nine grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert E. Waltz in 1974,; her second husband, Ralph H. Durnil in 1983; and her 3rd husband, John McBride in 2011. Funeral services will be on Friday at 1:00 PM at Ed Lee Mortuary with Pastor Mike Hoag officiating. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Thursday at Ed Lee Mortuary. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society 6301 Old Boonville Highway Suite B Evansville, Indiana 47715
