The angel of the Lord took our loved one, Charles E. Bredell, age 73 of Washington, to his heavenly home on December 8, 2015 at 6:52 p.m. He was born June 4, 1942 to Mary and James E. Bredell in Philadelphia, PA. Charles loved to fish, hunt and watch the Indianapolis Colts and WWE Wresting. He loved his dog, "Pepper" and bird, "Aussie". He was a Navy veteran and had worked at Shotts-Gentron Shane Mining, Armour, Shenandoah and Perdue. He was a member of Antioch Christian Church was known to be very well liked and a kind person. He is survived by his wife, Sandra (Hoover) Bredell of Washington, his mother, Mary Earl of Germantown, PA, daughter, Gloria Stone (Damian McCracken) of Washington, a son Jimmy (Margaret) Nichols of Washington, step-daughters; Missy McDonald of Washington and Jolene Mize of Washington, grandchildren; Tyler Nichols, April Dawn Stone, Caden Nichols, Tyler Walls, Alex Drew, Jade Ballengee, Blain Healy, great-grandchildren; Gavin Richardville, Molly Batchelor, Aldin Robinson, and a sister, Loretta Glen of PA. He was preceded in death by his father. A celebration of life service will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at Ed Lee Mortuary. Visitation will also be Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
