I am so sorry for you loss. We just heard today of Johnny's passing. Paul, myself and our family will keep your family in our prayers.

I had the priviledge of working with John at Ford. He was professional, approachable, had the highest level of integrity and always put people first. God bless John Decker.

John was truly an exceptional person, friend and great individual. Very committed to doing the right thing, and always willing to help people. John made all of us stronger, passed on his knowledge to everyone, and will be missed by all of Us. God Bless you John.

I worked for John when I was Plant Manager at the Ford Oakville Assembly Plant and John was the Regional Manager. He was the best person I ever worked for - committed, dedicated, a people-person, one who cared about people. I have many fond memories of John and our working relationship. He was "A Good Man".

I have so very many fond memories of Uncle Johnny. The one I treasure most is only a few years old (maybe 2004?). I was home with Mark visiting during the Christmas holidays. Uncle Johnny pulled me aside and told me he wanted me to know how proud he was of both me and Mark (for getting our undergrad and graduate educations, our longtime marriage, our family, etc.). His words meant, and still mean, so very much to me. His beautiful affirmation is one I will carry with me for the rest of my life. My sincerest condolences to all for this tremendous, and certainly untimely, loss. I wish I could have visited with all of you longer on Friday. We had to be at Ed Lee for Mark's sister's viewing mid-afternoon. I know you all understand why we had to leave so quickly. Love, T.
