When I worked for Farm Credit(PCA) and Peoples Bank(GAB) I had the privilege of being one of their loan officers. Ralph and I have had many long decisions about farming and world events. He knew my father-in-law, Bob Clements. His sister-in-law, Joretta Litherland and I worked together for several years. The Neukam family wishes you peace in Heaven and continue to pray for the family.

Neighbors, it saddens us to learn of Ralphs passing. He was a member of the old guard who had a reverence for the land. Our family has always had a great respect for him. Peace to you all.
