It's been three years and its seems like forever since you left I miss you so much

We are left with a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why he left this earth so soon, or why he left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that he died, but that he lived. And that his life gave us wisdom & memories too beautiful to forget. I owe a lot of who I am today to Phillip and Norma Miles of yesterdays & I hope that the peace which comes from the memories of love shared, comfort you now and in the days ahead.

Our prayers are with you Norma and the families. Our heart felt sorrow,saddness is there along with you. Phil was a good hearted person,give you his shirt off his back.Always a good friend to Barney and I. Then when he worked at Emerald House my how he had to put up with my parents! But always a smile dad would say and mom said Phil fixed my door again today. I could go on with more and more tidbits about Phil we knew. You had a great husband and friend that loved you! May God Bless you wrap his arms around you and keep you comfortable as you grieve.

Phil will be missed by so many, friends and loved ones. He loved my mother very much and took such good care of her. He was more to me than a step dad,, he was a dad. Whenever I needed him he was there. I love you so much and will miss you terribly.
