Cheryl L. Overton, age 53 of Washington, passed away at 4:30 PM on Saturday at Washington Nursing Center. She was born on January 21st, 1956 in Washington to Leon and Mary (Simmons) Brothers. She was a graduate of Washington High School and Wabash Valley College with a degree as an LPN and she had worked for Washington Nursing Center. She is survived by one daughter, Rachael Overton of Albuquerque, New Mexico : her father Leon Brothers of Washington; one step brother, Ronnie Brothers of Washington. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Brothers and one sister, Connie Roark. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Yvonne Evans officiating.
