Obituary Patricia L. Troutman
Patricia L. (Wininger) Troutman, 94, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on November 17, 2024. She was born November 16, 1930, the daughter of Arthur and Blanch (Wilson) Wininger. Patty married William Troutman on November 20, 1948, and he had preceded her in death.

Patty was devoted to her family, taking care of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Those who now mourn Patty's passing include her children: Tina Truelove; Cindy Adams; Neal "Chip" (Mandy Price) Troutman; and Gay Ann Troutman. Patty was blessed with seven grandchildren: Melissa Williams; Robin Truelove; Rodney Bateman; Amy Bateman; Ashley Galamback; Jennifer Basham; and William Troutman. She also leaves seventeen great-grandchildren; fourteen great-great-grandchildren; and six siblings: Robert Wininger; Philip Wininger, Bruce Wininger; Randy Wininger; Susie Russell and Sara Guy.

Patty was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Blanch (Wilson) Wininger; and siblings: Jesse Wininger, Joy Floyd, Richard Wininger, and Doug Wininger.
The family would like to thank Helping Hearts Hospice for all the loving care provided to our mother during her illness.

Visitation for Patricia Troutman will be 1:00-2:00 pm, Thursday, November 21, 2024, at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary, 620 East Viola Avenue, Washington, Indiana.

Funeral services for Patricia Troutman will immediately follow the visitation on November 21, 2024, and begin at 2:00 pm, also at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary. Yvonne Evans will officiate. Burial will be in the Bethany Cemetery.
