Bill and family, I can remember the first time I saw Lucia. She attended church with Bill at Asbury Chapel. I think I was 8 or 9 and I thought she was the most beautiful lady I had ever seen. I was right she was beautiful inside and outside. Always loved seeing her . I know she is in heaven where she belongs. Love and hugs to all of you. Ruth King ( one of the Ragesville kids).

I am a better person because of Lucia's example of selflessness and devoted love.
I always enjoyed being around her because i knew i would walk away having learned something good that i would try to apply to my life.
I am proud to have been considered as a friend to Lucia and part of her and Bill's extended family.

My heart is deeply saddened for the loss to the world, but "Heavens" gain. We certainly know where she is and we will see her again. Praise God! I am forever grateful Lucia ministered to my son Todd when I couldn't get there. Her life is a testimony of who she was in Christ. My love and prayers to her entire family.
