Obituary

Wilma Eller, 85, passed away at her residence on October 1, 2021, surrounded by her family. Wilma was born in Alfordsville to John and Flora (Wininger) Milligan on August 4, 1936. On September 29, 1956, she married Donald "Toad" Eller. Together they provided a loving home for their six children. Donald preceded her in death on January 4, 1997.

Wilma was retired from RCA in Bloomington. Her greatest joy was her family. She loved saving family pictures and spending time reminiscing about albums and various pictures. She loved camping, playing bingo, and dancing. Wilma was also "Ma Eller" or "Grandma" to a lot of children in the community, and would always take them under her wing, if needed. Wilma was a dog-lover who mourned the passing of her canine companions, Rocky, Ace, and Rennie.

Those who miss Wilma and mourn her passing include: her children: Sherry (Jay) Carpenter of Bicknell; Steve Eller, Jeff Eller, and Mary Hall, all of Washington. She leaves her beloved grandchildren: Matt Clark, Craig Clark, Mike Searl, Brian Searl, Corey Searl, Chris Searl, Sonya Piersma, Jessica Chittenden, Joey Williams, Bo Eller, Derek Eller, Connor Eller, Angie Gray, Amber Clark, and Adam Alford. There are thirteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Wilma leaves a brother, Harvey Milligan of Medora; and two sisters in Washington: Vivian Wilson and Brenda (Bob) Bateman.

Wilma is now rejoicing at being reunited with her many loved ones already in Heaven, including: her parents, John and Flora Milligan; her husband, Donald C. Eller; her son, Donald L. Eller; her daughter, Pamela Johnston; sisters: Burdett Parsons, Retha Sons, Helen Milligan, Rowena Milligan and Juanita Mott; her brothers: Clarence Milligan, and Ivis Milligan. Wilma is also reunited with two step-sisters and one step-brother.
