Gail G. Miller age 63 of Washington passed away on Thursday in Evansville. She was born on June 3, 1945 in Washington to Robert H. and Imogene (Hughey) Miller. She graduated in 1963 from Washington High School and had retired from NASCO at the end of last year. She was an avid Hatchet fan and was a follower of Tyler Zeller's basketball career. Surviving are three sisters and Brothers in-law, Roberta and Carroll George of Shoals, Jewel and Jerry Hancock of Washington, and Patricia Jane Alcorn of Washington; one niece, Kerry Alcorn of Washington; and five nephew, Brian George of Loogootee, Alan George of Loogootee, Michael George of Shoals, Mark Hancock of Seymour, and Larry Alcorn of Odon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Atwood; her companion, Gerald 'Jerry' Miller; and her parents. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Monday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Yvonne Evans officiating. Burial will be in New Veale Creek Cemetery.
