Albert "Junie" Heffernan age 61 of Casselberry, Florida formerly of Washington passed away on Tuesday at his residence. He was born on August 7,1944 in Daviess County to the late Albert Edward and Helen Marie (Showalter) Heffernan. He was a 1963 Graduate of Montgomery High School. He is survived by his wife Rhonda (Petroff) Heffernan whom he married on May 30,1964, one son Tom Heffernan of Montgomery, three Daughters: Kim Heffernan of Houston,Texas, Heather Heffernan of Longwood, Florida and Heidi Buencamino of Sanford, Florida. Also surviving are three grandchildren: Daniel Heffernan, Amanda Heffernan, and Christian Buencamino, three sisters Sue McAtee of Washington, Debbie Heffernan of Montgomery, and Lynn Wilhelm of Greenwood and one brother, Bernie Heffernan of Indianapolis. Junie was preceded in death by his parents, one sister Frances Gertrude Bassler and one brother, Mark Edward Heffernan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11;00 AM at St Peter Catholic Church in Montgomery with Father James Koressel as celebrant. Burial will be in St Peter Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 PM on Monday at Ed Lee Mortuary in Washington.
