Obituary

Joyce Franklin Barnett age 76 of Melbourne, Florida passed away on Sunday Morning at the Home of her daughter in Washington. She was born on April 10 1932 in Whitwell, Tennessee to Carl Jennings and Mildred (Copeland) Mosier. She was a Member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. She is survived by her husband, Richard, Barnett, three daughters and sons in-law, Loretta and Alan Ray of Washington, Teresa M. (Riker) and Dallas Cook of Montgomery, and Janice and Bill Stiles of Washington; two step daughters, Judy Carter of Phoenix City, Alabama and April Senchez of Melbourne, Florida; one step son Ricky Barnett of Titusville, Florida; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; six step grandchildren, 5 step great grandchildren; two brothers, Joel 'Buddy' Mosier of Ocala, Florida and Jerry M. Cazzell of Tampa, Florida; one sister Maureen Doyle of Phoenix, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her first Husband, Orville 'Busty' Franklin on September 23, 1993, whom she had married on July 10, 1950; her father, Carl Jennings Mosier; her mother, Mildred Fielding, one daughter Dorothy L. Franklin; and one son Steven E. Franklin. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. Burial will follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Odon. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm on Tuesday at Ed Lee Mortuary and from 9:00 AM till the hour of services at the Kingdom Hall. Condolences may be made online at www.edleemortuary com
