Wilma Jean Wagler, age 75, of Loogootee, passed away Monday, August 31, 2026. She was born October 8, 1950, to William and Mary (Wagler) Knepp. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

Surviving is her son, Kevin (Darla J.) Wagler; siblings, Ora (Rachel) Knepp, Alvena Knepp, Rosemary (Paul Joe deceased) Wagler, and John Ray (Vera) Knepp; grandchildren, Keith (Renae) Wagler, Aaron (Melinda) Wagler, Lora (Andrew) Knepp, Eldon (special friend Ida) Wagler, Emery (Lindsey) Wagler, Gerald Wagler, Adam Wagler, and Lana Wagler; and great-grandchildren, Lincoln Everett Wagler, Jewel Kristine Wagler, and Nolan Wade Wagler.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. Wagler; her parents, William and Mary (Wagler) Knepp; and siblings, Mildred (Abraham) Graber, Sylvia (David) Raber, Abraham (Wilma) Knepp, Amos (Margaret) Knepp, Henry (Rosa) Knepp, Edith Lorene Knepp, Elmer Knepp, and William Jr. (Lovina) Knepp.

Funeral Services will be at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at the Daviess County Community Building. Home Ministers will officiate. Burial will follow at Wagler Cemetery.
