Wilma Catherine "Brewer" Butcher, age 91, died Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 3:12 p.m. in Washington. Wilma was born May 22, 1923 to Bernard and Zita (McGrath) Carrico. She is survived by one daughter Carolyn Sue (Artie) Lewis of Washington; two sons, Donald Joseph (Shirley) Brewer and Daniel Kenneth (Wanda) Brewer all of Washington; eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and thirteen great- great grandchildren, and one sister Virginia Roberson of Evansville. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Perry Brewer May 4, 1983 whom she married June 7, 1941. She was also preceded in death by her second husband Carl Butcher who passed away on April 25, 2003 whom she married March 3, 1989. Wilma is preceded in death by her parents; Bernard Carrico and Zita Doyle and one sister, Eva Cone. Funeral service for Wilma will be held Friday at 2:00 pm at the Ed Lee Mortuary with Yvonne Evans officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 - 2:00 pm on Friday also. Burial to follow in St. John Cemetery.
