William Karl Simmons, Jr., age 60, of Washington, passed away August, 26, 2018 at his residence.

He was born on June 13, 1958 in Seattle, Washington to William and Jaynette P. (Crouse) Simmons. He enjoyed collecting sports memorabilia.

He is survived by his wife, Marjorie (McClendon) Simmons whom he married July 4, 1999; daughter, Stephanie Ranee Simmons of Hawaii; three stepdaughters, Teresa Montgomery of Savannah, Georgia, Tammy Withers of Rexford, Kansas and Brenda Shaw of Okmulgee, Oklahoma; two brothers, Douglas Simmons of Tampa, Florida and Raymond Simmons of Loogootee, Indiana; foster mother, Verda Stoll of Loogootee.

He was preceded in death by his parents; foster father, Bob Stoll; brother, Leonard Simmons.

A funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 30th at the Ed Lee Mortuary North Chapel, 620 E Viola Ave, with Pastor Kenneth Wells officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at Ed Lee Mortuary North Chapel.
