Wayne W. Mize, age 60, of Washington, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 2:05 pm at Deaconess Main Hospital in Evansville. He was born on May 11, 1956 in Lake County, East Chicago to Wayne and Barbara (Reel) Mize. He graduated from Washington High School in 1974 where he lettered and made All Division and All State team for four years. He work for from the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory before he became disabled. He is survived by his wife, Teresa (Thompson) Mize whom he married on September 3, 1983; two daugthers, Magen Brook Mize of Florance, South Carolina and Carlee Joana Mize of Washington; granddaughter, Maddison Mae Mize of Washington and mother-in-law, LaConda Thompson.
