Wanda G. Forbes, age 73, of Washington, passed away at 9:15PM on Friday, January 31, 2014, at Eastgate Manor Nursing Home. She was born on March 28, 1940 in Decker to Howard L. and Rowena (William) Nash. She was a past member of the Washington American Legion Auxillary and the VFW Auxillary. She is survived by two sons, Howard (Pam) Craft of Wheatland and Harry (Brenda) Craft of Florida; three daughters, Gay (Bobby) Emmons and Shawnae Morris both of Washington, and Cindy Hess of Tennessee; one sister, Donna (Bud) Curry of Tennessee; one brother, Loren Nash of Washington; 19 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Willie Forbes on October 13, 2002, whom she had married on August 4, 1977. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday February 4, 2014 at Ed Lee Mortuary with Rev. Danny Gilley. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
