Louise Roberts, 91, passed away her residence on Wednesday, April 19, 2017. She was born in Shoals on January 6, 1926 to John and Eva (Connell) Braun. She graduated from Washington High School in 1944. She had worked as a cook for Griffith School. Louise loved gardening and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by daughter; Judy (Tod) Long of Washington; sister, Marie Cain of Washington; three grandchildren, Nicholas (Heather) Long of Sullivan, Jenifer (Bret) Hartman of Washington, Eric Long of Washington; great grandson, Kellan Hartman. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harry Roberts on January 14, 1997, whom she married January 12, 1952. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Pastor Phil Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery.
