Terry J. "Otis" McCormick, age 64, of Washington, passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 11:04 AM, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes. He was born on July 22, 1952 in Washington to Clarence "Jesse" and Betty (Miller) McCormick. He was a 1972 graduate of Washington High School. He is survived by his wife, Mona (Bynum) McCormick whom he married, June 3, 2000; son, Chris (Kelsey Fleck) McCormick of Washington; daughters, Samantha (Beto) Burrito of Washington; brothers, Larry McCormick (Cheryl Kemper) of Farmington, Missouri and Gary McCormick of Jacksonville, Florida; six grandchildren, Madyson, Kylar, Bella, Correno, Nakia, Ellah and Everly. He was preceded in death by his mother Betty I. Holman and his father Jesse McCormick. Funeral services will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Rev. James Downs officiating.
