Sue "Susie" Milligan 78 of Washington passed away at 4:PM. Sunday at Washington Nursing Center. She was born October 11, 933 in Bramble, she was the daughter of Charles E and Lucine (Halbert) O'Brien. She attended Loogootee High School. She was a housewife and a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. She enjoyed listening to Loogootee Lions Basketball, playing bingo and going camping. She married Charles A. Milligan on January 20, 1951 he passed away on January 2, 2004. She is survived by her three, children, Patty "Milligan" Chattin, Susan (Gene) Taylor, and Mike "Moe" (Jane) Milligan all of Washington; three grandchildren, Brian Chattin, Sara Hornback and Joan Milligan; two great- grandchildren, Brendan Purdue and Alexis Hornback; and one sister in-law, Marliyn Urbancic. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Vernon O'Brien and Louis O'Brien; one sister, Maxine Huebner and sister-in-law. The funeral will be at 10:30 A.M Wednesday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Yvonne Evans officiating. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 P.M. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
