Silas "Bill" Conley, age 90 of Washington passed away July 13, 2015 at 9:04 a.m. at Eastgate Nursing Center. Bill was born September 18, 1924 in Washington to William and Wilma (Wilkerson) Conley. He loved spending time with the children at the Little League baseball park. He is preceded in death by his parents, five brothers; Donald Conley, Bernie Conley, Jack Conley, Frank Conley, Charles "Pee Wee" Conley, four sisters; Thelma Foster, Ann Conley, Josephine Hooten, and Elizabeth James. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Ed Lee Mortuary. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Ed Lee Mortuary.
