Shirley D. Brewer age 73 of Washington passed away on Friday, April 16, 2021 at Daviess Community Hospital.

Shirley was born on October 23, 1947 in Washington to Ira and Doris (McCracken) Jackson. She was a Washington High School graduate. Shirley retired from White Steamer. She loved to watch TV.

Shirley is survived by her son Scott (Pam) Goble of Washington; two daughters Lori Gluck and Michelle Hobson both of Washington; three sisters Barb Hooten, Jeanne Romans both of Washington and Judy Evans of Valparaiso; five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Donald Brewer who she married April 4, 1980 and lost March 3, 2020; her father Ira Jackson; her mother and step-father Doris and Neil Dyer; and grandson Ryan Gluck.

Graveside service will be Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 3:00 pm at New Veal Creek Cemetery with Pastor David Hooten.
