Obituary for Shannon Kay Taylor

Shannon Kay Taylor, 46, passed Saturday, April 13, 2019. She was born March 12, 1973, to James and Cassandra (Young) Taylor in Washington, Indiana.

Her fiancé, Elijah Ramsey, preceded her in death.  She is survived by her daughter Kayla Taylor of Washington; two sons, Logan Helderman of Washington and Chance McKinny of  North Carolina; grandchildren Brylee Kay Selby, Lincoln Selby, and Timber Helderman all of Washington; her parents, James Taylor and Cassandra Taylor both of Washington, two sisters Christina Helderman of Wheatland and Lisa Simmons of Washington.

Shannon graduated from Washington High School in 1991. She was a homemaker and enjoyed refinishing furniture. She enjoyed perfume,   listening to music and being with her family.

Visitation will take place Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Ed Lee Mortuary downtown location, 101 North Meridian Street, Washington, Indiana.  Pastor Pete Aldridge, will lead memorial services on Wednesday at 6:00 PM
