Sarilee A. Tame age 73 of Washington passed away on Wednesday at 10:40 PM at Eastgate Manor Nursing Home. She was born on September 26, 1933 in Washington to Randall and Geraldine (Dosch) Periat. She was a 1952 graduate of Washington High School and was a member of St. Simon Catholic Church. She was retired from the Dietary Department of Daviess County Hospital after 31 years of service. Surviving are two daughters and a son in-law, Debbie and Dale Swartzentruber of Montgomery, and Mary Ellen Smith of Indianapolis; seven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Buthel Tame on March 6, 1995 whom she had married on March 11, 1989;and one grandson, Randall Woodall on January 4, 2000. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 AM at St. Simon Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.
