Frank Wilson, age 63 of Washington, passed away Thurday at 2:45 pm at Daviess Community Hospital. He was born August 12, 1951 in Washington to Mary Edrea (McAtee) and James Wilson. He was a 1969 Washington Catholic graduate and a 1971 Vincennes University graduate. He was a member of the Washington Catholic basketball and baseball teams during his high school terms. He loved to play golf and was an avid fan of IU Basketball, Colts Football, Norte Dame Football, and St. Louis Cardinals. Frank is survived by his wife, Cindy (Beables) who he married December 22, 2007, a brother; Tony (Theresa) Wilson of Fall Church, Virginia, two step daughters; Megan Cox of Washington and Amada Thombleson of Effingham, IL, step grandchildren; David Thombleson, Joseph Hagar, Leanna Cox, and Alvia Cox, Maranda Fitzgerald, Paul Brumfield, step great-grandchildren; Rivvick Cox, two nephews; Chris Wilson and Brian Wilson, and one uncle Robert (Jane) McAtee of Washington. He was preceded in death by his father and his mother and step father; Mary and Charles G. Case who raised him, and step daughter, Mary Margaret Thombleson. Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at Ed Lee Mortuary with Brad Rainey officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery-Reeve Township. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 - 7 pm at Ed Lee Mortuary with a wake service at 4:00 pm.
