Robert A. Wedge, 61, passed away during the morning hours of November 21, 2024. He was born June 30, 1963, in England, the son of John W. and Helen (Bradley) Wedge.
Robert was a high school graduate who went on to own and operate his own trucking business. He enjoyed fishing and riding his Harley. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church.
Those who mourn Robert's passing include his children: Robert Shawn (Melinda) Wedge of Humansville, Missouri; John Wedge of Gaithersburg, Maryland; Christopher (Katie) Wedge of Springfield, Missouri; Patrick (Lacey) Woods of Humansville, Missouri; Natasha (Scott) Henson, of Humansville, Missouri. Robert was blessed with eighteen grandchildren: Chelsea Wedge; Ciara Wedge; Brandon Wedge; JJ Wedge; Larsen Wedge; Sloane Wedge; Taylor Holle; Ally Pearson; Kaden Wedge; Camden Wedge; Cameron Wedge; Kinley Wedge; Kacen Woods; Addisyn Woods; Karsen Woods; Treven Wedge; Joleigh Henson; and Presleigh Henson; and six great-grandchildren: Bristol Behr; Maylynn Miller; Gatlin Miller; Rhythm Wedge; Jubilee Wedge; and Theodore Wedge. Robert also leaves two brothers: Michael Wedge of Kansas City, Missouri, and Patrick (Joyce) Wedge in Kentucky.
During his lifetime, Robert mourned the loss of his parents, John and Helen Wedge.
Visitation for Robert Wedge will be 8:45 - 9:45 am, Saturday, December 7, 2024, at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, 315 NE 3rd Street, Washington, Indiana.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Robert Wedge, 10:00 am, Saturday, December 7, 2024, at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, 315 NE 3rd Street, Washington, Indiana. Burial will be in the St. John Cemetery.
