Robert "Bobby" Mullen, age 41, of Washington passed away at 9:08 a.m. Wednesday at Washington Nursing Center. Born August 12, 1969 in Washington, he was the son of Robert and Carolyn (Cooper) Mullen. He was a 1987 graduate of Washington Catholic High School and attended Oakland City College. He was an auto diesel mechanic and a carpenter. Surviving is his mother and step-father, Carolyn and Ken Hardy of Bicknell; a sister, Carrie Soderquist of Florida; two step-brothers, Charles Hardy of Bicknell, and Derek Hardy of New York; a step-sister, Paula Kordes of Vincennes; and several cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert J. Mullen and a step-sister, Katheryn Hauf. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Yvonne Evans officiating.
