Robert Martin "Marty" James, age 48, passed away at 5:04 a.m. July 31, 2015 at Daviess Community Hospital. He was born December 20, 1966 to Elizabeth (Conley) and Martin E. James in Washington, Indiana. Marty worked for the City of Washington Street Department. Surviving is his wife, Sherry (Richmond) James, who he married November 15, 2015, a sister, Loretta James of Moline, IL., step-sister, Patty Jean James of Annecston, CA, nephew, Andrew Brown of Orleans, niece, Natasha Brown of Orleans, and his dog, Jordan. Preceding him in death were both his parents. Visitation will be 4:00 to 8:00 pm Monday at Ed Lee Mortuary. There will be no services.
