Richard Jason Dinkins, 45 passed away on July 10, 2026, in Indianapolis.

He was born on September 13, 1980 to Floyd ‘Rick’ Dinkens and Deborah Robinson Dinkens.

Richard loved fishing, gaming and watching football. He graduated from Washington High School in 1999. He was a US Air Force Afghanistan War Veteran. After his time in service her worked at the Pentagon before becoming disabled.

Richard is survived by his wife, Michelle (Horsting) Dinkens whom he married on May 6, 2000; his daughter, Isabelle (David Havassy) Dinkens; his father and step mother, Floyd ‘Rick’ and Tina Dinkens; half-sister, Lisa (Ray) Emmick; and a step sister, Lisa (Chris) Connors.

Richard was preceded by his mother, Deborah Dinkins

Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at Ed Lee Mortuary.

A Funeral service will be held on Wednesday July 15, 2026 at Ed Lee Mortuary with Pastor Brad Rainy officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
