Phyllis Wade, 97,The Legends, Washington, Indiana died March 20, 2020 at Hillside Manor Nursing Home. Washington, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Wade, Sr.
Survivors include : Joseph Wade,Jr. ( wife , Charlene), Indianapolis, Indiana
Rebecca Wade Herring, ( husband ,William), Charlotte, North Carolina
Melinda Wade Soper, McHenry, Illinois
Christine Wade Fairchield ( husband, David) Bloomington,Indiana
Eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 11:00 am at St. John Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Carnegie Library, 300 W. Main St. Washington, Indiana 47501.
