Phyllis Jean Church, 74, passed away September 23, 2024. She was born in Washington on November 27, 1949, to Glennis and Carol (May) Church.

Phyllis leaves her brother, Steven Rediger, who lives in Gilbert, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her father, Glennis Church; mother and step-father, Carol and Gerald Rediger; and sister, Lyn Iva "Donna" Church.

Visitation for Phyllis Church will be 11:00 am-12:00 pm, Saturday, September 28, 2024, at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary, 620 East Viola Avenue, Washington, Indiana.

Funeral Services for Phyllis Church will immediately follow the visitation and begin at 12:00 pm, Saturday, September 28, 2024, also at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary.

Interment will be at later date in the Ebenezer Cemetery.
