Pamela Foster age 72 of Washington passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Pamela was born on October 2, 1948 in Indianapolis to Clyde and Ethel (Legerwood) Morgan. She graduated in 1966 from Washington High School. For thirty years Pamela delivered newspapers for the Times Herald and worked at the Dollar General Store.

Pamela is survived by a son Michael (Jennifer) Clymer of Harrisburg, PA; daughter Nicole (Jon Offil) Halter of Winslow; three brothers Daniel Morgan, Stephen Morgan and Garold Morgan all three of Washington and six grandchildren Ian Foster, Alexis Butler, Emily Halter, Kathryn Halter, Kathryn Halter, Abigail Clymer and Esther Clymer.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters Patty Morgan and Barbara Truelove and a great-grandson Oliver Butler.

There will be no services per her request.
