Nellie H. Norris, age 94, of Washington, passed away at 7:12 AM on Tuesday AT Daviess Community Hospital. She was born on September 1, 1918 in Odon to Perry and Rosa (May) Byrer . She was had attended Odon High School and was a member of Central Christian Church. She retired from Uniroyal in 1974. She is survived by one son, Earl Rance (Moureen) Norris of Washington; one daughter, Kristina Riffey of Florida; six grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl B. Norris on January 9, 1990; one son, Ronald Norris; four brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM on Friday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Rev. Christopher Wiles officiating. Entombment will be in Sugarland Memory Gardens mausoleum. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 Pm on Thursday at Ed Lee Mortuary.
