Mary M. Seal, age 80, of Cannnelburg, passed away peacefully at 10:33 AM on Thursday, at East Gate Nursing Center in Washington. She was born on April 19, 1936 in Washington to Earl and Cecelia (Gootee) Walker. She was a 1954 graduate of Alfordsville High School and was a member of Our St Peter Catholic Church and former member of All Saints Catholic Church in Cannelburg. She is survived by two sons; Kenny (Laurie) Seal of Cannelburg, Jerry (Diane) Seal of Cannelburg; three daughters; Nancy (Scott) Smith of Bloomfield, Rita (David) Prewett of Washington and Linda (Charlie) Rasche of Dubois; brother, Ambrose (Mary Ruth) Walker of Washington; sister in-law, Louise Walker of Warsaw; daughter in-law Misty Seal of Cannelburg; fifteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her her husband, Harold J. Seal, whom she married on April 23, 1955. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Douglas Seal and Lee Seal; brother, Harold Walker; sister, Alice Martin; infant brother Leroy Walker and infant sister Carol Walker A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Monday at All Saints Catholic Church with Father James Koressel as celebrant. Burial will follow in St Peter Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Sunday at All Saints Catholic Church. Memorial contributions may be made to St Peter Cemetery Fund, P.O.
