Martha L. Wison Rose, age 87 of Washington passed away at 1:52 p.m. Monday at Daviess Community Hospital. Born April 12, 1922 in Washington she was the daughter of Elijah and Alice Elizabeth (Campbell) Raney. She was a homemaker and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Arthur T. and Connie Rose of Washington; three granddaughters, Angela Martin of Greenwood, Penny Rose and Alice Lemon both of Washington; one great-grandson; and two great-granddaughters. Preceding her in death is secend husband Thomas Wilson;her third husband, Arthur E. Rose, whom she married February 14, 1987 and he passed away April 28, 1991. Several brothers and a sister are also deceased. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Father Gordon Mann officiating. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.
