Marilyn K. Dyer, age 60, of Washington, passed away at 1:23 PM on Tuesday at Daviess Community Hospital. She was born on February 11, 1952 in Washington to Lester and Agnes (Casper) Bradfield. She was a 1971 graduate of Washington High School. She was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband James Dyer whom she married whom she married on May 22, 1971; one daughter and son in-law, Angela and Darrell Selby of Washington; one son and daughter in-law, Bill and Mandy Dyer of Washington; three grandchildren, Lindsey Johnson, Jonah Dyer, and Trinity Dyer all of Washington; one sister and brother in-law, Jane and Mark Sturgeon of Washington; and her little doggies, Rokko and Lily. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Jerry Bradfield. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Saturday at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church with Father Gordon Mann as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 4 to 8 PM with wake service at 4 at Ed Lee Mortuary. Memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church.
