Magdelene Ochs, age 90 of Montgomery, passed away Saturday at 9:20 PM at Daviess Cumunnity Hospital. She was born on August 7, 1923 in Washington to Frank and Julia ( Murphy) Delaney . She was a graduate of Glendale High School. She loved cooking and spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. She is survived by two daughter, Mary Sue (Don) Wiscaver of Montgomery; three sons, Frank (Sharon) Ochs of Montgomery and Donald (Phyllis) Ochs of Montgomery, Ronald Ochs of Montgomery; one daughter in-law, Bonnie, Ochs; sixteen grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, nine great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Jerome Ochs on January 10, 2005 whom she had married on May 8, 1943. She also was preceded in death by one son John Ochs; daughters in-law, Mary Ellen Ochs and Peggy Ochs; one son in-law, Mike Eaton; and one grandson, Ricky Dean Ochs. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Wednesday at St. Peter Catholic Church with Father James Koressel as Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery.
