Lori Ann Butler, age 41, of Washington, passed away on Saturday. She was born April 1, 1968 in Washington to Danny Ray and Carla (Hudson) Butler. She was a 1986 graduate of Washington High School, a 1995 graduate of Mt. Carmel Collage as an LPN, and was a member of the Washington Eagles Lodge. She is survived by the love of her life, Terry Sidebottom of Washington; her mother, Carla Pruitt of Washington; one half sister, Wanda Fitzgerald of Washington. She was preceded in death by her father, Danny Ray Butler. Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 7:00 PM at Ed Lee Mortuary. Burial will be at a later date.
