Lilly 'Jean' Saulnier, age 78, of Washington, passed away on Sunday at 12:21 PM at Daviess Community Hospital. She was born on January 7th 1931 in Greenwood, Mississippi to Louie and Ola (Moorehead) Watkins. She is survived by her husband, Frank Saulnier; two daughters and son in-law, Diane (Palmetree) Vanalstine, and Cathy (Palmetree) and Paul Smith all of Washington; one son and daughter in-law, Larry and Adele Palmetree of Texas; five grandchildren, Brad Clauss, Robbyn Terry, Cindy (Vanalstine) Cox, Nikki (Clauss) Lunsford, and Jeff Smith; fifteen great grandchildren; one sister, Fredna Acy of Brandon, Mississippi; and two brothers, Nolan Watkins of Florence, Mississippi and Cecil Watkins of Picayune, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by; her parents; one grandson, Jeff Palmetree; one sister Pauline Criddle; three brothers, Spencer Terry, Wildred Watkins and Calvin Watkins. Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at Ed Lee Mortuary with Father Gordon Mann officiating. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.
