Leslie Jo (McDaniel) Morgan, 38, passed away during the evening hours of February 2, 2024. She was born in Washington, August 6, 1985, to Timothy and Linda (Riester) McDaniel.
Leslie was a loving mother who loved spending time with her family and friends and adored animals. Anyone who met her instantly liked her. Leslie had a generous spirit and was always willing to help a friend or family member in need. Leslie's witty humor and warm personality will be forever missed. She attended the Victory Tabernacle.
Those who now mourn Leslie's passing include her children: daughter, Marli Jo Wilson; son, Silas Paul Morgan and his father, Nathan Morgan, all of Washington; her brother, Jason (Rebecca) Helm in Germany; and her sister, Rachael Riester of Washington; her niece Kiera Waller; her nephew, Kaleb Waller both of Washington; her aunt, Jane (Guy) Mattingly of Washington; and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. Leslie also leaves her beloved pets: two feline companions, and June Bug, her canine companion.
Leslie was preceded in death by her parents, Linda and Timothy McDaniel; and grandparents: Jim and Lorraine McDaniel, Gordon and Betty Sneed, and Paul Riester.
Visitation for Leslie Jo Morgan will be 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, Saturday, February 10, 2024, at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary, 620 East Viola Avenue, Washington, Indiana.
Funeral services for Leslie Jo Morgan will immediately follow the visitation and begin at 1:00 pm, Saturday, February 10, 2024, also at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary. Pastor Pete Aldrich will officiate.
