SCHWANDNER, LAWANDA, 87, of Washington, passed away Monday, April 7, 2008 at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY. She resided at Golden Living Center also in Louisville. She was born on June 20, 1920 in Kingsport, Tennessee to Charles and Mary (Poor) Parker. She was a member of Central Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband; Robert Joseph (Joe) Schwandner, Sr January 30,1990, whom she Married on June 10, 1954. She is survived by her four sons Bob Schwandner,, of Louisville, Judd Schwandner of Plainville, Rhett Schwander of Washington, and Rodney of Schwandner of South Bend; as well as many grandchildren and great granchildren. Her service will be 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at Ed Lee Mortuary, with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday 4-8 p.m. at the Ed Lee Mortuary.
