Katiana (Petit Homme) Pierre, 31, passed away at the St. Vincent Ascension Hospital in Evansville, during the evening hours of December 10, 2023. She was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, May 31, 1992, to Loders Petit Homme and Gislene Theus. On November 19, 2019, she married Evens Pierre and he survives.

Katiana was a homemaker and enjoyed watching movies. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Those who now mourn Katiana's passing include her parents, Loders Petit Homme and Gislene Theus; her husband, Evens Pierre; her children: Bruna Fernanda Pierre and Leonardo Ivenson Pierre, all of Washington. Katiana leaves four siblings in Haiti: Kensya Petit Homme, Kenson Petit Homme, Job Petit Homme, and Fabienne Pierrette.

Katiana was preceded in death by a brother, Roody Pierrette.

Visitation for Katiana Petit Homme Pierre will be 6:00-7:00 pm, Friday, December 15, 2023, at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary, 620 East Viola Avenue, Washington, Indiana.

Funeral services for Katiana Petit Homme Pierre will immediately follow the visitation on December 15, 2023, and begin at 7:00 pm, also at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary. Pastor Fernando Hernández will officiate.
