Joyce A. Wininger, age 70, of Washington, passed away November 8, 2015 at Good Samaritan Hospital at 12:18 p.m. Joyce was born July 22, 1945 in Washington to Elizabeth (Conner) and Charles "Jim" Lee. She attended North Knox High School. She had worked at Aurmor, RCA Bloomington, and McDonald''s . She belonged to the Ladies of the Moose. She loved to fish and to crochet. She is survived by her husband, Howard "Buzz" Wininger whom she married December 16, 1967, son, Jeffery (Rebecca) Wininger of Sanborn, daughter, Debra (Louis) Butler of Washington, six grandchildren; David Wininger, Dereck Wininger, Dillion Wininger, Scott Butler, Dakota Butler and Ryan Butler, and nine great-grandchildren, sister; Ruby (Bill) Pipher of Vincennes, brothers; Bill Lee of Orange, Virginia, Bob (Mary) Lee of Teutopolis, IL, David Lee of Washington, Jack (Lisa) Lee of Loogootee, John (Gayle) Lee of Princeton. She is preceded in death by both parents, and two brothers; Jim Lee and Donald Lee Sr. Funeral services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Ed Lee Mortuary with Rev. Garret Sloan officiating. Burial will follow at Sugarland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 - 8 pm at Ed Lee Mortuary.
