Joseph Richard Harner , age 80, of Indianapolis formerly of Washington passed away on Friday at Community Hospital North Campus in Indianapolis. He was born on October 14, 1932 in Glendale to Delbert Joseph and Gladys Irene (Belcher) Harner. He Attended Washington High School. He is survived by his wife Janice (Burris) Harner whom he married September 20, 1952 ; one daughter, Deborah Ann (Gary) Cardwell of Kentucky; one son, Stephen Joseph (Donna) Harner, of Vincennes; five grandchildren; thirteen grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son Alan Wayne Harner; his parents, two sisters, Ruth Allen and Carol O'Brien. Funeral services will be on Tuesday at 10:00AM at Ed Lee Mortuary.
