Joseph W. Bynum, age 70 of Washington, passed away April 14, 2015 at 6:52 pm at St. Mary''s Medical Center in Evansville. He was born November 15, 1944 to Otis John and Nora Ellen (Thomas) Bynum. Surviving are sons, Tim Bynum of Washington, Billy Ray Truelove of California, and Rhett Wayne Truelove of Florida; brother, David Bynum of Washington; sisters, Yvonne Bynum, Ester Grove, and Ruth Conrad all of Washington; grandchildren, Ian Robling, McKenzie Sharp, Halley Mumma, Joezie Mumma, Aarow Truelove, Tru Truelove, Railam Haig, Nathan Eric Bynum, Mason Bynum, and Dustin Bynum; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by brothers, Samuel Bynum and John Bynum; and a sister, Norma Fleck. Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:00 pm at Ed Lee Mortuary with Rev. Wayne Neeley officiating. Burial will follow in New Veale Creak Cemetery. Visitation will Friday from 4 to 8 pm and Saturday from 11 - 1 pm.
