Johan F. Holtz, 74, passed away June 24, 2023, while at the Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville. He was born in Soerabaia, Indonesia, to Isidorus and Willemina (van Ravenswaay) Holtz, May 5, 1949. He was married to Joyce (Tacuban) Holtz and she survives.

Johan was a land surveyor for an engineering company and a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church.

Johan is survived by his wife, Joyce Holtz of Washington.

Johan was preceded in death by his parents, Isidorus and Willemina Holtz; and an infant son.

Services for Johan Willem Frederick Holtz will be held at a later date.
