Obituary
Janet E. Mosby, age 71, of Washington, passed away at 8:45 PM on Thursday, April 30, 2020, at Ketcham Memorial Center in Odon.
Janet was born on September 12, 1948 in Washington to Thomas Ralph "Rip" Sr. and Esther (Howard) Radcliffe. No matter what problems Janet was going through she was always loving and kind to everyone she met.
She is survived by, three sisters, Nancy Ennis of Fishers, Diana (Fred) Mumma of Florida, and Kathy (Bill) Wonder of Evansville: one brother, Tom (Teresa) Radcliffe of Washington: and Several Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
