Carol Ann Hedrick, age 60, of Loogootee, passed away at 3:30 a.m. Friday at her residence. Born June 16, 1951 in Washington, she was the daughter of Durward and Frances "Jean" Miller. She was a 1969 graduate of Barr-Reeve High School and a member of St. Peter Catholic Church. Surviving is her loving husband, David Hedrick, whom she married March 31, 1971; her father, Durward "Dude" Miller of Cannelburg; a sister, Sandy Lengacher of Venice, Florida; two brothers, Larry and Anne Miller of Kokomo and David Miller and his partner, Bob Daniels of Zionsville; several nieces and nephews; and the apple of her eye, Jayden Wagoner. She is preceded in death by her mother, Jean Miller; a brother, William Miller; and a nephew, Donald Lengacher. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Peter Catholic Church with Father Jim Koressel as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Ed Lee Mortuary with a rosary at 4 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
